Film/Video Artists

Please submit a DVD accompanied by a description that identifies the title, director, and date of the production(s). Indicate the running time and give a brief description of the plot(s) of the work included on the DVD. Film/video applicants must submit at least 10 minutes of representative work and are encouraged to submit at least one complete work for review. If the DVD contains more than one track, indicate the order in which you would like the panel to review selections. Also, if possible, submit a DVD recording of a recent workshop or other activity where you shared your work.
